Al-Fazal Hi-Tech Engineering major activities of operation are project management, project designing, production development, production planning, fabrication / erection, plant and machinery installation, commissioning, manufacturing, project development and consultancy, design and engineering , manpower and human resources, material procurement, steel structure fabrication and erection, pressure vessels and storage tanks, ducting and insulation, fire fighting, plant and machinery erection, over head crane installation and bio-medical equipment services.
Steel Structure
We fabricate any kind of steel Structure in our factory according to American Welding Standards (AWS D1.1) and other code of practice. Our Fabricated Structures are of Good Quality and Precision. We Build the Structure as per Drawing. We have Skills Welders that Qualify SWPS,WPQ and we have also PQR of these Welders according to AWS & ASME Codes.
Storage Tanks
We fabricate any Size & Diameter of Storage Tank in our factory according to American Petroleum Institute Code (API650) & American Water Works Association (ANSI/AWWA D100-96) and other code of practice.Our Fabricated Storage Tanks are of Good Quality and Precision. We Build the Storage Tank as per Drawing. We have Skills Welders that Qualify SWPS, WPQ and we have also PQR of these Welders according to AWS & ASME Section IX Code.
Plant Installation
We fabricate and erect the plant equipments of any shape and size according to the requirement of the client and welding standards as per drawings. We have qualified team of engineers and technical persons for the erection lead by Experience project manager at the site. We prefer the quality work and also have technical approach to solve the site problems. In fabrication we have Design team that make the cutting plans and Developments to reduce the material wastage in the fabrication and erecting by this method the time for the whole job is also reduce by us at various works. Our teams always follow safety policies at the site work and during fabrication and errection.We always arrange a Safety Engineer for the site works. Our welding teams are fully aware of welding standards according to Drawing or by any standard like AWS & BSI Standards or any other standard provided by client.
Pipeline
We fabricate and erection the pipeline of all sizes and diameter according to the requirement of the client and standards of welding as per drawings. We have qualified team of engineers and technical persons for the erection lead by Experience project manager at the site. For petroleum line we use API standards and for waterline we use AWWA standards followed by AWS standards. We prefer the quality work and also have technical approach to solve the site problems. In fabrication we have Design team that make the layouts and spools to reduce the material wastage in the fabrication and erecting by this method the time for the whole job is also reduce by us at various works. Our teams always follow safety policies at the site work and during fabrication and errection.We always arrange a Safety Engineer for the site works. Our welding teams are fully aware of welding standards according to Drawing or by any standard like AWS & BSI Standards or any other standard provided by client.
Crane, Lifters, Hoist
We deal in Overhead Crane, Gantry Crane, Semi Gantry Crane, Jib Crane, Truck Mounted Crane, Tower Crane, hoist and Lifters. The structure parts of crane are locally manufactured in our factory, welding of crane structure is according to AWS D1401 Code.
Labor Contract is core competency
Labor Contract is core competency of our company and we mainly keep eye on the labor qualification plus their knowledge, professional skills and ability.
